PROGRESSIVE DIES

Progressive dies are used in higher-volume production and are designed to operate at high rates of speed.   Console manufactures high-quality, reliable and cost-effective progressive dies for the automotive, appliance, office furniture, and aerospace industries.  We have the expertise and technology to design, test and manufacture progressive tools that meet a broad range of manufacturing challenges.

TRANSFER DIES

Transfer dies are used in high-volume manufacturing for round, deep-drawn, and medium-to-large parts. Console manufactures high-quality transfer dies for the automotive, appliance, office furniture, and aerospace industries.  We have the expertise and technology to design, test and manufacture transfer tools that provide cost-effective, reliable solutions for a variety of manufacturing challenges.

LINE DIES

Line dies are used for low-volume parts and to manufacture large parts that cannot be efficiently manufactured in one press. Console manufactures high-quality line dies for the automotive, appliance, office furniture, and aerospace industries.  We have the expertise and technology to design, test and manufacture line tools that meet a broad range of manufacturing challenges.

STAMPING DIE REPAIR & ENGINEERING

Console provides expert repair, revision and maintenance for metal stamping tooling systems.  We can repair tooling as needed -- preventing lost-part production, non-value-added secondary operations and late-parts delivery. Any of these conditions waste valuable resources and raise part costs.

PART VALIDATION

Rapid, high-accuracy measurement is a key component of the tooling manufacturing process. Console’s technical leadership and commitment to exceptional customer service has led to significant investments in state-of-the-art computerized inspection and measurement technology.

Our full-service Quality Control lab includes UG NX CAD workstations, three coordinate-measuring machines, a blue light optical scanner and portable measuring arm for accessing larger immobile items.  This equipment enables us to inspect all aspects of the tooling systems and to verify that complex parts are geometrically precise and within specification.  Our software systems employ diverse reporting capabilities, so we can provide detailed reporting on the inspection of the parts through the manufacturing process.
